When will I receive Madden 10 after purchasing the Sports Illustrated offer?

Last Wednesday I ordered a half year of sports illustrated which came with a free game of Madden 10. I am pretty sure I read that the gift (the game) will be shipped as soon as the credit card payment goes through. When should I receive the game?
